We are thankful to have hosted a pop-up shop in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Khmer Ninjas, Peap Tarr and Lisa Mam hosted the event and the turn out was great. Through the many smiles, laughs and good vibes from our supporters we appreciate you all.

This is a campaign aimed to raise refugee awareness. There have been millions of refugees who have settled in the United States. Aside from recent immigrant and refugee uproar we want to encourage people to self identify with their refugee background. A nation's underlying issues can only be addressed if we recognize it. So rise above and be proud to be raised by refugees.

As Cambodian Americans we have faced many challenges and opportunities to progress in the American culture. But prior to all the opportunities there was quite the dark chapter.
Moving forward as April 17th holds true significance to the Cambodian community, it also reminds those who witnessed the tragedy of the Khmer Rouge of the major strides they have accomplished since then around the world.
